CONDITIONS

All bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. 
Final payment to be made two weeks prior to booking.

Bookings for weddings are permitted access to the Community Centre
 At 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the wedding.

All bookings are to be completed by 2:00 A.M.

Cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the function 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.

A full inspection of the Community Centre is done by the Caretaker and Renter at the beginning and ending of the function.  

Damage Deposits will be refunded two weeks after the booking provided no
damage occurs or no items are missing.

It is the responsibility of the renter to acquire a liquor license.

A portable bar equipped with a CO2 container can be rented for $10.70. Pop canisters can be obtained from Coca-Cola Bottling.
